Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6–12 drops BioSweet Natural Stevia Liquid Drops (adjust to taste)
  • 1–2 tablespoons water (as needed for texture)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and stevia drops.
  2. Stir until a thick dough forms. If too dry, add water a teaspoon at a time.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
