Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6–12 drops BioSweet Natural Stevia Liquid Drops (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tablespoons water (as needed for texture)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and stevia drops.
- Stir until a thick dough forms. If too dry, add water a teaspoon at a time.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
