Salted Caramel Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
  • 8–12 drops BioSweet Caramel Stevia Liquid Drops (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (e.g. pecans or almonds)
  • Optional Toppings/Layers: berries, crunched caramel bites, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, BioSweet Caramel Stevia Drops, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and evenly sweetened.
  2. Spoon the yogurt into a serving glass or bowl.
  3. Top with chopped nuts and optional toppings like berries, crunched caramel bites, etc.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.
