Plant-Based Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 6–12 drops BioSweet Vanilla Stevia Liquid Drops (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, BioSweet Vanilla Stevia Drops, and salt.
- Whisk well to evenly distribute the chia seeds.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Stir before serving. Enjoy plain or with toppings like sliced almonds, berries, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Very yummy with no sugar!
