Plant-Based Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 6–12 drops BioSweet Vanilla Stevia Liquid Drops (adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, BioSweet Vanilla Stevia Drops, and salt.
  2. Whisk well to evenly distribute the chia seeds.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  5. Stir before serving. Enjoy plain or with toppings like sliced almonds, berries, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
