No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 Bio-Sweet Stevia Packets (1g) (adjust to taste)
- Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and the Bio-Sweet packets.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Optionally, roll each ball in shredded coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
