No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 Bio-Sweet Stevia Packets (1g) (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and the Bio-Sweet packets.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Optionally, roll each ball in shredded coconut.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
