Coconut Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any other plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup water or ice
  • 6–12 drops BioSweet Coconut Stevia Liquid Drops (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add the banana, coconut milk, water or ice, BioSweet Coconut Stevia Drops, and salt into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add shredded coconut and blend for 2–3 seconds if you like a little texture.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
